La cabina de pintura TBS-D está diseñada para trabajos intensivos. Se puede instalar en las zonas de pintura de empresas de carpintería, muebles y metalurgia, donde se utilizan materiales de pintura técnicos explosivos y altamente inflamables. La carcasa especial de la cabina de pintura está hecha de paneles metálicos galvanizados, conectados entre sí mediante pernos. Los paneles laterales y las particiones son de soporte. La construcción modular de la cabina de pintura permite un montaje rápido por parte de trabajadores no altamente cualificados.

It can be installed in the painting zones of woodworking, furniture and metalworking enterprises, where highly inflammable, explosive technical paintwork materials are used. Special casing of the painting booth is made of galvanized metal panels, connected between them with bolts. Side panels and partitions are supporting. Module construction of the painting booth provides fast assembling by the workers, that are not highly qualified.

System of air filtration:
Filtering elements of the painting booth are the high-technology inertial filter-separators and filters of fine cleaning.
By the means of blower in sparkproof execution depression is created; that ensures the suction of the air through filters, because of that the particles of the paint do not spread in the compartment.
The first stage of cleaning – paper filters, that collect larger particles of dust, while the second stage of filtration – fiberglass filters, that provide fine cleaning of the air. Total filtration system enables the settlment of the solid pigments of the paint, suspensions and sprays.

Speed of the air flow in the booth – 0.4 m/sec, that ensures the sufficient draught for collection of paintwork material particles and vapors of the solvents.
Correctly organized air flow in painting zone enables the painter to stay in the compartment continuously, therefore increases the efficiency of his work. Organization of air flow promotes the economy of the paintwork materials as well.
