Complex for painting TBS is the professional solution for painting zone organization in the woodworking, furniture and metalworking industry. The main goal of that complex is to create the excess pressure inside of the complex and to separate the air flow for painting and drying zones.
Painting zone is equipped by booth TBS, air-supply plant with water heater to maintain the necessary temperature (from 18°С till 25°С) and plenum boxes for equal distribution of the air flow. The air-supply plant is providing the excess pressure that gives the possibility to reach the maximum level of cleanness in painting zone, considerably improve the quality of produced output.
Also, complex for painting TBS is designed according to the regulations of SNiP (Building norms and rules) that guarantees safety and efficiency of the painter’s work:
• Absence of the “draught” effect that excludes the possibility of illnesses.
• Opportunity to organize the painter’s work without break for “clean air”, increasement of his efficiency.
Air-supply plant in the drying zone and extraction columns maintain the necessary temperature and create the horizontal air flow, permitting the painted details dry equally.
