Centrifugal Blowers
Among the blowers we handle, the AS-N models stand out — forward-curved blades, “sirocco” type — designed for clean and slightly dusty air. Applied in cooling of electrical equipment, generators, extruders, motors and air supply to boilers. Flow rate from 50 to 2,200 m³/h and pressure from 230 to 1,400 Pa.
The GR-AS blowers operate in ranges of 1,500 to 140,000 m³/h for smoke, gas extraction and pneumatic transport. The RL-AS models reach flow rates of 1,000 to 240,000 m³/h with pressures of 100 to 3,880 Pa. For high pressure, the MHR-AS and VI-AS models operate between 1,800 and 25,000 Pa with flow rates of 150 to 100,000 m³/h for foundry, food and chemical industries.
Filtering Plants and Aspiration Systems
We handle filtering plants for extraction of dust, welding fumes and gases. The FA 9 plant processes 1,500 m³/h for coarse dust and sawdust. The FTC-AS plants for thermal metal cutting range from 4,000 to 8,000 m³/h. The PVF plants with sleeve filters reach up to 38,000 m³/h and the PJF.500 handles 108,000 m³/h. For mobile aspiration, the Mobil AS 2 to AS 12 models offer 2,000 to 12,000 m³/h with automatic compressed air cleaning.

The TBS-2D booths with dry filters and TBS-2W with water curtain are designed for woodworking, furniture and metalworking industries using flammable and explosive materials.
Accessories for Aspiration Systems
We handle accessories for piping Ø80 to Ø1,250 mm: galvanized crossbars, bends from 15° to 90°, quick-disconnect collars, manual and pneumatic shutters, butterfly valves and flexible polyurethane hoses with 5:1 compressibility.
Schmalenberger Immersion Pumps
The FZ free-flow pumps handle media with high solids loading. The SZ quick-suction models work with emulsions and cutting oils with air inclusion. The SZcut model integrates a chip cutter for aluminum machining. The ZHT multistage models handle lubricants and solvents in washing and degreasing processes. The V-series reaches immersion depths of up to 2,800 mm for large industrial tanks.
Schmalenberger Centrifugal Pumps
The standard NB horizontal-mount models are available in 18 sizes. The ZHB and ZHS high-pressure multistage pumps feature up to three simultaneous pressure outlets. The KSP self-priming pumps operate from 25 to 150 l/min with heads up to 100 m. The ZHR models handle emulsions and water-glycol mixtures from 20 to 160 l/min.
